Cancellations must be requested in writing by July 31, 2024 and are subject to a $100 processing fee. No cancellation or refunds will be granted after July 31, 2024. By signing and entering into this contractual agreement with the MAC WOCN® Society, the exhibitor agrees to the terms of the venue, fire marshal, and MAC WOCN. Exhibitors may not hold conflicting events at the same time as any activities scheduled during the MAC WOCN® Society conference exhibit times or educational sessions.
