Cancellations must be requested in writing by July 31, 2025 and are subject to a $100 processing fee. No cancellations or refunds will be granted after July 31, 2025. By signing and entering into this contractual agreement with the MAC WOCN® Society, the exhibitor agrees to the terms of the venue, fire marshal, and MAC WOCN®. Exhibitors may not hold conflicting events at the same time as any activities scheduled during the MAC WOCN® Society conference exhibit times or educational sessions.
